Just upgraded to Windows 8 Pro from Windows 7 Ultimate the other day and everything is running smooth but Windows is now only showing one drive instead of the installed two. Both drives are SATA drives and both worked fine on Windows 7. The drive that isn't being show is a BenQ DVD R/W, while the one working is a Samsung Bluray R. Both drives are showing up in my BIOS and at POST, also windows is showing the working drive as drive E: where's there is no drive D:. What's even more queer is that i installed Win 8 with the drive that is now not showing up! wtf is going on?
