Here is my brand new work for Windows 8. Little and simple application White Windows for Windows 8 RTM allows you to make all windows white. They will be color-independed even you will change color of windows via Personalization or via autocolorization feature. In other words, your windows borders will be always white. For example:

As you can see, windows borders has own white color which is independed from taskbar's color.
