Windows 8 RTM will be build 9200, following a bug that prevents the company from using the build 8888, as reported previously. Reports of the final Release to Manufacturing (RTM) build 9200.16384.WIN8_RTM.120725-1247 surfaced over at Win8China, who also leaked a copy of the final lock screen image to accompany the default wallpaper.
The compile process of the RTM build started on Wednesday outputting SKU, language, and install variations. Microsoft is expected to officially declare Windows 8 RTM next week.
