Google Chrome Aw, Snap error

Error is that you can't open any page nor go into settings,extensions.Please,I really need help.I try everything.I reinstall it,try different versions(17,18,19),Clean registry ,restarting PC,''no sandbox shortcut'' literally everything that I could think off.
I would really appreciate anything you would suggest.
