the latest version of my freeware cursor editor was just released.
The big new feature is proper support for Windows 7 cursors with multiple images. In case you did not know, Windows 7 in high-resolution (144DPI - Large - 150%) modes uses 48x48 cursors instead of the standard 32x32 cursors. The Aero cursors in Win7 contain both images. RealWorld Cursor Editor is currently the only software that can properly edit or create these cursors.
Another new feature is import and export of animated GIFs and PNGs. You can easily create animated cursor from a GIF file and you can convert a cursor to a GIF or (A)PNG file for web publishing.
There are also numerous minor improvements, like smart selection handling allowing you to apply effects to all selected frames/images/layers, displaying of cursor properties in window caption, a wizard that allows you to set your cursor on fire and more...
