Since Windows Vista and now in Windows 7 every time you need to change balance level you have to:

SimpleSndVol is volume control application what provides EASY access to balance level (and it was my primary goal).
The main features are:
- Easy access to balance. Note what labels "L,0,R" are clickable.
- Global hotkeys for volume level contol.
- Middle click on tray icon to mute sound.
- Themes for tray icons. You can add own theme, just put five icons in "C:\Program Files (x86)\SimpleSndVol\Themes\Your Theme" folder. See any included theme for best example. Default theme is Vista's one. Windows 7 theme is included. I'm not the author of any icons.
When your locale is ru-RU, application will be in russian, otherwise it will have English language of UI.

- Open system volume mixer
- Click on device icon
- Click on "Levels" tab
- Click on "Balance" button.
