Hybrid Sleep Speed
Hybrid sleep is a combination of sleep and hibernate meant to prevent users from losing work in case of a power. Windows defaults to Hybrid Sleep on desktop PCs which is slower compared to Sleep feature in laptops.

Hibernate Speed
Hibernation results are similar to wake from sleep, as Hybrid Sleep was used.
