Gabriel Aul from Microsoft just tweeted that after upgrading to Windows 10 for free, you can perform a clean install on same device any time without any extra cost. It means Windows users who prefer to do clean Windows installation so that no files from old Windows version left on their PC, can perform a clean install from a Windows 10 ISO or DVD or bootable drive.
