Yes, it will. you just need node.js installed and the correct ART (Android Run Time) downloaded and set up correctly pretty much.
here is the link to how to set this up and run it on Linux, OSX and Windows. Windows peoples have an extra step or two, but it should be easy enough to do.

Also, You need Chrome-Beta, that is Chrome Version 37 or higher. Canary will not work at all.

after you do the instructions, you have to go back to the Extensions page and click the "Launch" button (see it on my extensions page?)
Also, you can currently run only up to 4 apps, and if running more then the first app you have to edit a file and change out the KEY number to another pre-approved number. This means that with a bit of work you can have up to (currently) 4 Android apps running.
