She says it's been happening a lot lately, 3 times yesterday and then once today, this is a photo of what happened while we were watching a flash video, you can see where the flash video and the taskbar should be but to be honest, I don't think I've ever seen anything like this before. She had to restart it after that to get it working properly again. Anyone know what it is and how to fix it?
