Office 15 Metro on Windows 8 screenshots are from a preview video in which Microsoft demonstrated beta copies of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OneNote. You can see in the video that the ribbon menu has been removed or hidden in the demonstration. The UI has more white space and fewer lines in an effort to focus on content.
