Microsoft showed some of the new gesture controls in Windows 8.1 during Computex, which will be a free upgrade for existing Windows 8 users. The animation of the Start button switching between the desktop and Start Screen is clearly shown too with the new support for desktop wallpapers on the Start Screen.
Microsoft will release a preview version of Windows 8.1 on June 26th.
