Isn't Windows Blue just a free update for Windows 8? Or will I have to buy it?
Why I'm wondering?
- They leaked a new ISO.
- They are calling it Windows Blue, instead of Windows 8 update.
- They says Windows Blue is a low-cost, annually updated new OS.
What is the truth?
