Crysis 3 Review - Worth buying?

IGN gave Crysis 8.5 but Gamespot gave it 7.5 only. There is no demo so I can't decide whether I should buy this game or not.

What do you guys think, should I buy it or pass it?

I'm interested in both singleplayer and multiplayer gameplay.
