As you know Windows RT has been jailbroken and now it's possible to run legacy desktop apps on ARM-based Windows RT devices. Now the jailbreak community has started work on developing and porting Windows's desktop apps.
XDA Forums user Netham45 has ported several apps to Windows RT, including PuTTy, TightVNC and BOCHS which allowed him to set up a virtual copy of Windows 95.
