Microsoft's Steve Ballmer has been selected as one of the worst CEOs of the year according to Herb Greenberg and his "Worst CEO of 2012" list published on CNBC.
"Steve Ballmer of Microsoft (MSFT). (Truth be told: For a few moments, as I argued with myself during the writing process, he took the No. 1 spot.) This is more of a cumulative call, culminating with Windows 8, which hasn't exactly knocked the cover off the ball (or moved the needle in PC sales, as Ballmer had predicted it would do.)," Greenberg posted.
