WinAppUpdate has been tracking the number of Windows 8 apps on Windows Store even before the launch of Windows 8, just tweeted that there are now 20,610 apps worldwide in the Windows Store. Microsoft broke the milestone of 20,000 apps on Tuesday. 87% of the total apps are free which comes out to be 17,958 in number exactly.
